Bio di Maya

It is well known that if you travel within any forest in the world, you will cross paths with an Amazon tribe. The Amazon's are a fierce clan of female warriors. They are especially skilled with arrows, knives, and short swords. Anyone picking a fight with them is asking for more than their fair share of trouble. The Queen of all Amazons is the talented warrior Maya. Like all Queens before her, she earned the right from the former ruler, Queen Marlana. She noticed Maya's talent for battle during the last war the Amazons fought. Shortly after the war ended, Maya was promoted to a general, and Queen Marlana challenged her to a duel. Although Maya lost, the Queen was pushed to her limits. Queen Marlana bestowed the Right of Honor to Maya, giving her the right to become the next Queen once Marlana died. The Amazon tribe had acquired the Seal of Gargos after attacking a band of merchants that were passing through the forest one day. They didn't know what it was at first, but they eventually learned of it's true purpose. Queen Marlana decided to keep the seal, in order to protect it and ensure that Gargos never awakened again. Eventually, the warlord who attacked Kim Wu's tribe made his way to the forests where Queen Marlana's tribe dwelled. He was a mastermind of battle strategies, and devised an ingenious plan. Having heard of the great General Maya, he started a battle with the Amazons a few miles out of the forest. Maya was sent to take care of it. With the great general gone, the warlord took a modest but large legion and attacked the tribe personally. With Maya and most of the good soldiers gone fighting, Queen Marlana led the defense. She fought with the warlord in the chamber where the Seal was kept, in order to protect it. But the warlord was an excellent fighter, and ended up killing the Queen. During the battle, Maya suddenly realized what the battle was all about. She took half her forced and went back to the tribe, but by the time she got there, she was too late. Meanwhile, the other half of the fighters ended up getting decimated. The village was mostly destroyed, and the Seal of Gargos was taken. With the beloved Queen Marlana dead, someone had to take the blame. And that was put mostly on Maya. Maya should have become the Queen with Marlana dead. However, the other Amazons refused to cooperate, saying that what happened was Maya's fault. Since Marlana died trying to defend the Seal, they reasoned that Maya should be the one to find and return it. If she did that, they would allow her to take her position as Queen.
